Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Feather email client ("Service") operated by Feather ("Feather", "We", "Us", or "Our").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You", "User") and Feather, and govern your access to and use of the Service.

Capitalized terms have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply equally regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

Application means the software provided by the Feather, accessible on mobile devices, tablets, desktop computers, or any other compatible device.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feather and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy, arising from or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software or hardware used in connection with the Service, or any other matter related to these Terms, even if the Service or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if any remedy fails to fulfill its essential purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Refund Policy

All sales for the Service are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made. By purchasing a subscription, You acknowledge and agree that You are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material revisions, We will provide notice (e.g., via email or through the Service) at least 30 days in advance. The determination of what constitutes a material change will be made at Our sole discretion.
